People of all nationalities may get a Visa to enter UAE. The validity is for 14 days from the date of issuance and its duration of stay is 14 days from the day of entry.

Nationalities from the following countries will get the visa on arrival at the airport.

Western Europe: France, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andora, San Marino, Liechtenstein.

America: USA, Canada

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

Asia: Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea.

GCC: Gulf Cooperation Council Countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.

Countries that are not listed above require visas, follow the below procedure:


A valid passport is required to enter UAE. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter UAE. If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest UAE Embassy or Consulate, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE. The Secretariat will send an official letter of invitation upon request, through the registration form below after the registration and payment is complete. Please note we cannot issue this letter of invitation if you are confirmed with your registration towards the conference.

If you need to obtain a visa, please apply 2-3 months in advance of your visit UAE. Scientific Future Group Organizers and the Secretariat are not responsible for visa issuance.

If you require a visa to enter UAE, please register first. The Secretariat will send an official letter of invitation upon your request in return. Please make your own application for visa acquisition at the UAE Embassy or Consulate once you receive the letter.
